About Me

Hello! My name is Mattie O'Kane and I am an avid dog lover.  I am very lucky to have 6 dogs to be a part of my family: 4 border collies and 2 retired heading dogs.  My husband and I are dairy farmers near Hanmer Springs.  While he does most of the managing on farm, I calf rear, do artificial breeding of dairy cows, and work for the local vet clinic.   On my off seasons, I spend lots of time adventuring with the dogs.

Daisy and Flye had their puppies on May 20th and 21st respectively. This means the pups will be ready for their forever homes on July 15th and 16th respectively. 

These litters are our last litters for a few years! Flye, Daisy, and Bosco will have no other litters.  There is potential that Rooster may sire some puppies in the future, but I am taking a few years off of dog breeding.
