Here is a photo of Flye (mum) and Bosco's current litter on their first day! They were born on the evening of October 24th, 2025. They are so adorable and small... they can fit in the palm of my hand! They are all similar size and are feeding well. Border collies are born with their eyes closed and will stay that way for a couple weeks.

Flye is doing a wonderful job... the pups are chubby and sleeping a lot. Flye is loving being a mom despite looking a little tired... but I can't blame her! Her 7 puppies love her and she is keeping them clean, fed, and very loved.
The puppies are doing great. they are moving around a bit more, but their eyes are still closed. The pups are starting to grow at different rates with Hagrid (black and white boy) being the biggest and Harry (black tri-colored boy) being the smallest. I am not worried about the different growth rates... Harry is still consistently fat and full, he just may be genetically a little smaller than the other pups. Flye still loving being a mom, but now she a little more excited to go for walks and interact with the other dogs occasionally. It is lovely to see her a little less tired 🩷
The pups have started to open their eyes!! They are officially 2 weeks old and right on time their eyes opened . With their eyes opening, they are also moving around a bit more and being more confident. They are enjoying being picked up now and receiving cuddles, and on the hot days, they are enjoying their paws getting dipped in water. Ron (brown, tri-colored male) even tried to swim on when I dipped his paws in 🤩
Flye is still doing great at keeping the pups fat and now she is getting back to her normal self and playing with the other big dogs when I take them for their walks.

3 to 4 weeks old! The pups are getting more playful and adventurous by the day. They are starting to drink a little more water, and are showing interest in Flye's food. Pretty soon, Flye will naturally start weaning herself off of the puppies. I expect this transition will go well because the pups are showing interest in her food and are spending more time playing together than clinging onto her.
This week, a few pups have found their forever homes including, Harry, Ron, and Luna🩷
After a feed, the pups love to play together 🥰
Flye is still feeding them, but she is getting a little less keen now-a-days. That is to be expected and I will be supplementing them with royal canin medium puppy food.
All the pups are starting to show interest in puppy food. Flye isn't too impressed to share her food 😂
4 to 5 Weeks old! The pups are doing great! Despite Flye only feeding them a couple times a day, they remain real fat because they are loving the royal canin medium puppy food. This week was a transition week for them as Flye is spending less time and they are starting to meet the other dogs. Daisy (blue merle) keeps wanting them to be her pups, Bosco likes to keep a watchful eye from afar, and Pip is interested but doesn't stick around for long. Only two puppies are still available, Tonks and Hedwig, so tell your friends before they both find homes!
5 to 6 weeks old! Happy pups! They are remaining chubby and being quite adventurous. They are growing out of their puppy looks and starting to look and more more like dogs. I've booked them in to the vets for December 11th. They will all receive their first jabs and health checks. The pups will need their 2nd jab before January 8th. Hedwig has also found her forever home this week 🩷
