Week 3:
Daisy's puppies started opening their eyes on the morning of Thursday June 4th and they all had their eyes open by Friday night. Flye's litter was also pretty similar with being 2 weeks old and 2 days to open their eyes, but they all opened their eyes in one day: Saturday, June 13th. With their eyes opening, their curiosity shines. Later that week, Spruce was the first puppy to leave the dog box and explore outside.
Still sleeping lots 😴
All the love 🧡
Flye's pups don't hog pile as often as Daisy's...
...but when they do they are so cute!!!
Week 2:
Flye and Daisy are still doing great. Not much has changed this week except both the mums and the pups got better at feeding and moving about. Flye and Daisy started going for short walks this week for several reasons including: feeling like themselves again, enjoying the exercise, and hanging out with Bosco and Rooster. The pups are visibly growing everyday 🤎. All the puppies eyes are still closed, but the pups look like they are "walking" instead of army crawling 🤩
Bluebell certaintly loves being on her belly
Spruce wants to give bluebell a kiss 😘

All cuddled up!
Week 1:
Daisy's pups were born on Wednesday, May 20th and Flye's were born the next day. Everything went smoothly and the mums are real proud. The pups sleep and feed majority of the day. Daisy and Flye are busy feeding, and cleaning up after the puppies. Cleaning means licking the puppies to clean their fur and also their no. 1s and 2s 😝. The puppies eyes will stay closed until about 2 weeks old, but they are able to "move" about pretty early on as they hog pile and shift to get milk.
